About Erectile Dysfunction
What is erectile dysfunction?
Are your erections not hard enough? Does the erection not last long enough? Or maybe you can’t get an erection at all? If you answered “YES !” to any of these questions, then you have Erectile Dysfunction (ED).
Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is very common. By age fifty, half of men have erectile dysfunction. By age sixty, it is 60% and by age seventy, the percentage goes up to 70%. If you live long enough, you will get erectile dysfunction.
Symptoms
- Soft erections
- Trouble getting an erection
- Trouble maintaining an erection
- Reduced sexual desire
Causes
Most men get ED because of poor blood flow to the penis. As we age, two things happen to our arteries. You get hardening of the arteries and you get plaque (cholesterol deposits) that build up in the artery. The artery then becomes stiff and blocked, decreasing blood flow to the penis. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes all cause erectile dysfunction, but many men without these conditions still suffer with erectile dysfunction.

Solution
The invasive treatments for ED (pills and needles) aim to increase blood flow to the penis for a short period of time so you can briefly have a better erection. These treatments all have side effects and they only treat the symptoms, but not the underlying cause of ED.
The goal of Wave Therapy is to heal the diseased erectile tissue and help your body replace it with healthy more reactive tissue which will allow you to get normal erections like you used to, without pills or needles.
